    I was wondering if I could write a guest post for you. I have been a track and basketball coach for about 7 years now and I focus on jumps and sprints, so fast twitch muscles and I though I could write an article about getting more out of your workout by focusing on those overlooked muscle fibers.

    Hi! I was on bloom to fit and saw all your positive comments and figured I should visit your blog too!! I’m collecting positive thinkers and motivators because I am working on finding the athlete I was before kids and marriage. I can tell she’s there but I’m dixcovering getting back to fit is a lot less fun than staying fit!!! I am determined though and a few times a day, I read and get advice from folks like you! Thanks for the positivite encouragement and advice!!

Bloom to Fit is a great site also and if you keep reading up on our posts and putting some of this information into practice, I have no doubt you will accomplish your goal. I agree staying fit is more fun than getting fit, but when you get there, it’s well worth it.
